William R. Soldressen

William R. Soldressen, 71,a native of Ambridge passed away peacefully on Monday, March 5, 2018.
He  was born November 2, 1946, in Sewickley, Pa.,  to the late William Soldressen and Michaline Soldressen Hanich. Bill was a graduate of Geneva College where he majored in psychology. He retired as a manager from Sears and Roebuck Company. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
Surviving are three daughters, Melanie Woodland of Tampa, FL, and Reba Soldressen and   Melissa Soldressen,  two  stepsons, grandson, R.J. Woodland and 7 grand daughters.
a sister  and three brothers,  and Reba Soldressen.
A private service was held for the family on Wednesday in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Dr. Allan Drake, pastor of Plum Creek Presbyterian Church officiated.
