Virginia Linko Obituary

Virginia L. Linko, of Charlotte, North Carolina, formerly of Ambridge, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 in Little Flower Assisted Living, Charlotte, at the age of 98. Virginia was a dental assistant for 30 years. She will be remembered for her kind demeanor and pleasant smile. Preceding her in death was her husband of 20 years, Frank W. Linko. After his death, she resided with her stepdaughter and husband, David and Shirley Carr. She leaves behind a grandson, Douglas Carr and his wife Melissa, granddaughter, Vicki Onisick and her husband Steven, two great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren in Virginia. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, and five devoted cousins and their families who never forgot her. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday at 11:00 AM in Good Samaritan Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the John Syka Funeral Home, Ambridge.
