Vernon Ripple Obituary

Keith Ripple, 73, of Harmony Twp., passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, January 26, 2023. He was born on February 5, 1949, in Latrobe, to the late Roth and Marjorie (Weymer) Ripple.  Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was a brother, Garry Ripple. Keith is survived by his loving wife, Terri (Bemis) Ripple, daughters, Lori (Chris) Daniels, Katelyn Ripple and her fiancé Joel Kelly, and grandsons, Christopher and Luke Daniels. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and furthered his education receiving a business degree from Robert Morris College. Keith started his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Price- Waterhouse and retired from the Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry in Ambridge. His passions in life were his family and sharing his salvation. He deeply and selflessly loved and cared for his wife, two daughters, son-in-law, and two grandsons, Christopher and Luke, who loved and adored their Pap. Keith made sure to always say that his grandsons were the most precious gifts from God, and he found such great joy hearing their laughter fill his home and seeing the smiles on their faces. Keith always placed God first and his family above himself. He always said that his salvation was the greatest gift from God. He lived his whole life to serve God, his family, and others with God's love always shining through him. He was a strong provider, man of faith, protector, and giver, always making sure to take care of his family. Everyone saw him as the most selfless and spiritual man of God. He loved his girls more than anything and would do anything for them. He was always there to support, pray for, offer wisdom, and share scripture with them. He constantly reminded his girls that he loved them bigger than the sky. Beloved family and friends turned to Keith for Godly wisdom, for support and encouragement, and as their prayer warrior. God used his faith and wisdom to bring others peace. His love was steadfast. He always let his family know that he was praying for them. He passionately shared God's Word and his faith, being the rock of his family. Keith's family finds peace knowing he is with his Lord and Savior, remembering his favorite scriptures and listening to his favorite sermons from Charles Stanley. Keith would want his family to remember that, "When we are absent from the body, we are present with the Lord." Keith's faith and wise words of love live on in his family. He always said, "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose." A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, February 4th from 2 PM until the time of a memorial service at 3:30 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Dr. Ambridge. Interment will be private.
