Bob Woloshan, age 73 of Economy, passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 26, 2021. He was born on October 10, 1947 in Sewickley, to the late Steve and Catherine (Tyro) Woloshin. Bob was a quiet, strong man who loved his family. He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ambridge. His passions in life included farming, tractor pulls, and turkey shoots. He retired from Local IBEW 1919 after 33 years of service and was a farmer his entire life. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his sister, Joann Richards from Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Linda (Bonzo) Woloshan, twin sons, Kenneth (Susan) Woloshan and grandson Emmett, Robert Woloshan and his special friend, Barbara Sovich and her daughter, Bethany, all of Economy, and a sister, Janet (Chuck) Will of New Waterford, OH. Private funeral services were held Tuesday in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge with his pastor, Father Michael Polosky officiating. Private interment followed in SS Peter and Paul Cemetery. The family would like to thank Gallagher Hospice for all their kindness and care. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to SS Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 404 6th Street, Ambridge, PA 15003 or to the American Cancer Society.
