Robert “Cip” N. Cipriani

Robert N. "Cip" Cipriani, 72, of Economy, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. He was born on June 30, 1950 in Sewickley, to the late Nicholas and Republic (Fillini) Cipriani. He was a retired construction superintendent for Cast and Baker Corporation. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Cip was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed shooting trap and skeet. He was a member of the Ambridge District Sportsman Association and the North Boro Sportsman Association. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was a brother-in-law, Bob Bercik. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Gloria L. (Pace) Cipriani, a son, Craig (Judith) Cipriani of McCandless Twp., a daughter, Amy (Brendon) Cooney of Moon Twp., four granddaughters, Sydney and Madison Cipriani and Tara and Eleanor Cooney, great grandson, Leighton Nicholas Howard, a sister, Dolores Bercik of TN, nephew, Vincent (Marlene) Bercik of TN, and his extended family members. Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-5 PM at the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Friends are invited to meet Monday at New Hope Lutheran Church, 200 2nd Ave. Freedom, PA 15042, where a funeral service will conducted at 1:00 PM by the Rev. Martin Galbraith. Interment will be private.
