Patty J. Vallecorsa

Patty J. Vallecorsa, 69, of Ambridge, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 17, 2019 following a brief illness.  She was born on March 22, 1950 in Rochester, to the late Alexander and Virginia Hill.  She retired from the Ambridge Police Department with 28 years of service as a crossing guard and worked as a cake decorator for 18 years with Giant Eagle in Leetsdale. Her passions in life, next to spending time with her family, were gardening and baking.  Surviving are her loving husband, Richard Vallecorsa, two sons and daughters-in-law, Mark (Jodi) Vallecorsa, Michael (Melissa) Vallecorsa, two grandsons, Alexander and Matthew Vallecorsa, sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jack Jamison, brother and sister-in-law, James and Mariann Hill, and step grandson,  Joel (Lauren) Palladini. Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge.
