Patricia (Guthrie) Rothe

Patricia (Guthrie) Rothe, 86, a resident of Concordia Villa St. Joseph Personal Care, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. She was born on March 21, 1936, in Sewickley, to the late Stephen and Mary Dina. She worked as a secretary for the former J&L Steel Corporation, Aliquippa Works and later at St. James Catholic Church, Sewickley. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband Richard “Dick” Rothe, four sisters and brothers in law, Margaret (Al) Mahler, Kay (Hank) Borden, Irene (Ray) Porto, Dorothy (Herb) Meinert, brother, John Dina and brother in law, Dave Meinert, Surviving are her children, Chris (Kathy) Guthrie of Glendale, AZ, Tim (Lori) Guthrie of Economy, Mark (Kathy) Guthrie of Harmony Twp., Lora (Missy)  Rothe and Kristin (Kevin) Bordeau, all of Sewickley, grandchildren, Kristy Patterson, John Guthrie, David Guthrie, Blair Lasko, Megan Guthrie, Rachel Guthrie, Hudson  Bordeau, Barrett Bordeau, and Harper Walls, five great grandchildren, and a sister, Mary Meinert of Upper St. Clair. Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-5 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge where prayers will be offered on Monday at 10 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in Divine Redeemer Parish, St. James, 200 Walnut St. Sewickley, PA. Interment will follow in Good Samaritan Cemetery.
