Marlene A. Sendek, 87, of Marshall Twp., passed away peacefully on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospice House Marshall Twp. She was born on May 18, 1935 to the late George and Ann (Mutz) Neiman. After raising her five children, she went back to school to pursue a nursing degree and then worked for 20 years as an LPN at the former Regency Hall in Allison Park. A loving and caring mother to her children, she was also exceedingly nurturing to her grandchildren. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her loving husband of 62 years, Joseph J. Sendek. She is survived by five children, Cathy (Mike) Sapp, Joe (Anna) Sendek, JoEllen (John) Bollman, Alex Sendek and Kim Mc Millan, ten grandchildren, Victor Sapp, Taylor, Kendal, Joseph Parker, Chandler and Summit Sendek, Steven, Bradley ( Kaitlin), Gregory (Elyse) Percivalle and Liam McMillan, great grandson, Leonardo Percivalle, and a sister, Nancy (Rich) Lebec. Friends will be received on Monday from 11 AM until time of blessing service at 1 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Private interment will be in Good Samaritan Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Marlenes memory to Good Samaritan Hospice House, 146 Neely School Rd.
