Ludwig Wujs Obituary


Ludwig Wujs, 83, of Conway, died Friday, June 21, 2019 in Manor Care of North Hills.
He was born November 7, 1935, in Ambridge, to the late Stanley and Josephine (Trusczcowski) Wujs. He  was a retired electrical supervisor for the former J&L Steel Corporation with 30 years service and Shasta Inc. with 29 years of service. Ludwig was a skilled carpenter and a history buff but his passion life was his grandchildren. He proudly served his country in the US Army as a member of the Seventh Army tank crew during the Vietnam War.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were his wife, Patricia (Wojanis) Wujs and an infant brother, Stanley.
Surviving are a daughter, Carolyn (Dr. Aldino) Pierotti of the Northside, three grandchildren, Catherine Pierotti, Isabella Pierotti, and Lucien Pierotti, all of the Northside, a sister, Felicia Wujs of Mt. Lebanon, and a brother Hubert (Gay) Wujs of Ocala, FL.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, where prayers will be offered Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 A.M. in Good Samaritan Catholic Church. Private interment will follow in Good Samaritan Cemetery.
