Lillian F. Kaluza Bionda, 74, of Baden, went peacefully to the arms of the Lord, on Tuesday, March 2, 2022. The wife of David A. Bionda, whom she dearly loved. " God gave me a good man! Do not cry my love, be strong". Born in Rochester, PA on March 9, 1947, Lillian was the daughter of the late Clement S. Kaluza and Mary Ann Koleski Kaluza Bails and stepdaughter of James O. Bails. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy, brother-in- law Terry, and nephew James Crider. Lillian sends all her love to all the children who attended her in home pre-school/childcare. Her passion was dancing at the American Legion in Rochester and driving her 1966 MGB convertible. Later in life she spent time sewing making curtains and clothes. She attended Monaca and New Brighton Schools and graduated with a degree in cosmetology from Franco's Beauty Academy in Ambridge. She continued her education obtaining a certificate in Early Childhood Education. Lillian was well known as a notary for the Baden-Ambridge area. She also worked as a hair stylist and later was a teachers aid for Ambridge School District. In addition to her husband David, Lillian will be sadly missed by her beloved brother, Joseph Kaluza, nephew, Mark Crider, sisters-in-law, Cindy (Doug) Mortimer, Linda Scoaff (David Ice), and her cousin, Karen Summers. Lillian thanks God and her parents and her husband for her wonderful life. " Love to all my friends I met in Beaver County." The family would like to thank Gallagher Hospice for the loving and compassionate care extended to Lillian. As per Lillian's wishes, there will be no visitation. Interment will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., Ambridge.
