Kenneth A. Snyder, age 92, of Crescent, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 in the Good Samaritan Hospice House, Marshall Twp. He was born on October 7, 1928 in Clarksburg, WV to the late Arthur and Madge (Zickefoose) Snyder. He was a foreman in the tin mill department of the former J & L Steel Corporation. Ken was a member of the Glenwillard United Methodist Church, Woodlawn Lodge F&M, Aliquippa, New Castle Consistory, and the Pittsburgh Shriners, and proudly served his country as a member of the US Army during the Korean War. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were his wife, Alice B. (Ervin) Snyder and two sisters, Bernardine Carpenter and Connie Bennett. He is survived by his two daughters, Kim DiFuccia of Crescent, Cynthia A. Snyder of Aliquippa, grandson, David Kenneth DiFuccia of Utah, and his caregivers, Sue Miller, Trish Mihalik, and all his friends at Sheila's Restaurant. Private funeral services were held on Friday in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Private entombment took place in the Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial contributions are suggested to Good Samaritan Hospice or Glenwillard United Methodist Church.
