Obituary
John R. "Jake" Perciavalle, 80 of Conway, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver. He was born on June 10, 1942 in Ambridge, to the late Philip and Stephanie (Batalik) Perciavalle. He retired as a steelworker from HH Robertson, Ambridge. John was a graduate of Ambridge High School. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a passion for music. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were a grandson, Thomas Perciavalle and a sister, Cynthia Doty. Surviving are his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara (Sklarsky) Perciavalle, three children, Pete (Michelle) Perciavalle of Laguna Niguel, CA, Pamela (Robert) Colaianni of Newman, GA, David (Arlene) Perciavalle of Aliso Viejo, CA, four grandchildren, John Perciavalle, Nicholas Colaianni, Gina Perciavalle, Marlo Perciavalle, two great grandchildren, Cassandra and Roman Colaianni, four siblings, Carol (Dennis) Baker of Baden, David Perciavalle of Nagshead, NC, Daniel Perciavalle of Crescent, Phyllis (Anton) Pfeiffer of Ambridge, and numerous nieces and nephews. As per John's request, there was no visitation or services held. Contributions in John's memory are suggested to Children's Hospital of Orange County (NICU Unit) or Good Samaritan Hospice.
