Inez DiPietro
Obituary
Inez DiPietro, 87, a resident of Wexford Healthcare Center for many years passed away peacefully, on Friday August 4, 2023. She was born November 10, 1935, in Sewickley, to the late Feliciano and Angelina (Imperatore) DiPietro. She was a 1953 graduate of St. Veronica High School and worked in the cafeteria at Ambridge High School. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was an infant sister, Phyllis. She leaves behind two special cousins, Christine (Frank) Strano and Rose Marie Volpe, numerous other cousins, and close friends Vera DelBrucco and Theresa Giammarco. Friends will be received on Monday from 9 AM until time of closing prayers at 10 AM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 AM in St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Good Samaritan Catholic Church, Ambridge. Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers for the many years of loving and compassionate care extended to Inez during her extended stay there.
