Harolampos "Harry" Flaskos, 90, of Beaver, PA, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, with loving family by his side. He was born in Canonsburg, on October 21, 1935, to the late Anthony and Maria Flaskos.
Harry had an extensive career in both law enforcement and the military. He was a member of the Vanport Volunteer Fire Department, former Chief of Police in Vanport, Beaver County Sheriff - Major, US Marshall Service Security and Command Sergeant Major of the United States Army. Harry had a strong faith and was actively involved with his church. He was a former Parish Council Member/President and volunteered as a Cantor, all at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. In his spare time, Harry enjoyed gardening, loved Greek music and dancing, and above all, loved spending time with his family. He will be loved and missed, always.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Angeline (Germanos) Flaskos; 2 sons, Anthony (Christina) Flaskos and Michael Flaskos; a grandson, Harry (Francine) Flaskos; and a granddaughter, Angel Flaskos.
Harry is preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by his sister, Kalliope Flaskos.
All are welcome to gather for a visitation on Sunday, February 22, 2026, from 1-5 PM, in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. The Masonic Lodge will conduct services at 3 PM, AHEPA at 3:30 PM, The F.O.P. At 3:45 PM and the Vanport V.F.D. at 4 PM. A second visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, from 10-11 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 11AM, in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 2930 Beaver Road, Ambridge. Interment will take place in Beaver Cemetery with full military honors provided by the Beaver County Special Unit.
