Eugene D. Brown

Eugene D. Brown, 91, a resident of Masonic Village at Sewickley, formerly of Leetsdale, died on Monday, October 11, 2021. He was born on December 24, 1929 in Pittsburgh, to the late Lester and Margaret (Hall) Brown. He was a retired machinist for Armco Steel Corporation. Eugene was a member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church, Ambridge, Baden Legion, and Leetsdale V.F.W. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and socializing with his friends. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were a daughter, Cindy Kuzma, a son, Dennis Brown, two brothers, Earl and James Brown and a nephew, Keith Brown. Surviving are his loving wife of 69 years, Lillian (Drenchek) Brown, a son, David (Gloria) Brown of Moon Township, six grandchildren, Christopher Brown, Jonathan, Marissa, and Emily Kuzma, Daniel and Cody Brown, a sister, Carol Tabin of Conway, a brother, Larry (Millie) Brown of Beaver Falls, half-brother, Tom (Bambi) Horvat of Maryland, sister-in-law, Patricia Brown of Phoenix, AZ, numerous nieces and nephews, and a good friend, Andy Petkash of Baden. Family and friends will meet Thursday at Good Samaritan Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial be offered at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Sewickley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Leetsdale Garden Club, PO Box 1, Leetsdale, PA, 15056.
