Edward J. Ragula Sr.

Edward J. "Rags" Ragula, Sr., 90, of Baden, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, October 19, 2025, at home with his family by his side. He was born on February 28, 1935, in New Brighton to the late Stephen and Julia Olash Ragula.   Rags was a U.S. Army Veteran and was employed by J&L Steel for over thirty years.

Surviving are his sister, Peggy Madish; a daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Randall Aiken, Katy, TX; a son and daughter-in-law, Edward Jr. and Rachel Ragula, Economy Borough, and several grandchildren: Julia Aiken, Robert Aiken, Nicholas Ragula, and Ciera Ragula.  Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his wife Helen, and his brother Stephen Ragula II.

Family and Friends will be received on Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Dr., Ambridge, PA 15003, from where a blessing service will take place on Saturday at 10:00 A.M.  Entombment will follow in the Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, to reflect his love of the family pets.
