Dorothy DeMarco

Dorothy DeMarco, 91, formerly of Conway, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 in Calcutta Health Care, East Liverpool, OH. She was born on May 16, 1931 in Sewickley, to the late Armando and Catherina (Giuliani) Biancucci. She worked as a waitress for the former Ambridge Country Club, Eat n Park, and cooked at the Conway VFW. She was a member of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Conway. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Patsy DeMarco, great grand daughter, Adeline Herith, infant brother, Penio, brothers, Americo and Julio Biancucci, and sister, Rose Luzzi. She is survived by three children, Cheryl (Ronald) Shymoniak of Hopewell, Mark (Lori) DeMarco of East Liverpool, Patricia (Roger) Gallentine of Villa Rica, GA, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 2 special nieces, Lana Mullen and Sandra Brendle, numerous other nieces and nephews, and caretaker Arlene Williams. Friends will be received on Saturday from 11 AM until time of blessing service at 1 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff of Calcutta Health Care for the loving and compassionate care extended to Dorothy during her stay there.
