Dolores Ganter, 82, of Ambridge, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021. She was born on July 8, 1938 in Creekside, PA to the late Charles and Esther (Bouch) Styers. She worked as a pipe threader for the former Armco Steel Corporation. She was a member of the Baden United Methodist Church where she belonged to the Busy Bees Sewing Club. Her passion in life was spending time with family and she enjoyed tending her flower garden. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Richard Ganter and two brothers, Ronald and Harry Styers. She is survived by five children, Linda (Don) Frederick of Virginia Beach, VA, William Barnett of Fredericksburg, VA, Steve (Kim) Barnett of Seneca, SC, Tonya Fogel of Lordstown, OH, and Richard Ganter of Ambridge, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brother, Glenn (Eleanor) Styers, sister, Betsy Heeter of Punksutawney, PA, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Family and friends will meet on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the Baden United Methodist Church, 420 Dippold Ave. Baden, PA. 15005 where a memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM by her pastor, the Rev. James Young. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Baden United Methodist Church.
