Carol Nell Fausti

Carol Nell Fausti, 87, formerly of Conway, died Saturday, April 22, 2023, in Concordia Villa St. Joseph. She was born on January 9, 1936, in Sewickley, to the late Charles R. Rapp, Sr. and Camille (Rhin) Rapp. She was a retired elementary teacher for the Ambridge and Freedom Area Schools. Carol was a member of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish. She was a 1953 graduate of Ambridge High School and a 1957 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she received a Batchelor Degree in Elementary Education. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Allen E. Fausti who she married on November 28, 1959, a sister, Camille Cambier, and a brother, Charles Rapp, Jr.  She is survived by a daughter, Lynn M. Fausti of Conway, a son, Allen Fausti of Largo, FL, a sister, Mary (Ronald) Lukas of Williamsburg, Virginia, and nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received on Thursday, May 4 from 6-8 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive Ambridge where prayers will be offered on Friday, May 5 at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow in Beaver Cemetery.
