Brandy Lea Johnson

Brandy Lea Johnson, 46, of Ambridge, passed away, peacefully, on July 26, 2024, surrounded by her loving children.  Born on October 25, 1977, Brandy was the cherished daughter of Darryel Woodrow and the late Kathleen Huey.

Brandy dedicated her life to her family, always putting others before herself.  She was a devoted mother to her four children, Lexus, Isaiah, Samantha and Noah.  Brandy demonstrated the ability to be kind, even in the worst situations, and that you can find happiness in everyday life.  Brandy was a proud grandmother to her grandchild; both brought immense happiness and laughter into each other.

Brandy was a beloved member of her Postal Service Community, where the days were many times long, but the interactions and love she felt throughout the day, made the walking easy.  Her warm smile and generous heart touched the lives of many, and the compassion she had will be remembered by all who knew her.

Brandy is survived by her children, Lexus, Isaiah, Samantha and Noah Johnson; grandchild, Zenin Johnson; her sisters, Rachael Dudash and Whitney Kosta; numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Brandy is preceded in death by her mother, Kathleen Huey.

A celebration of Brandy's life will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 1:00 – 3:00PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Dr., Ambridge, PA.

Brandy's family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the caregivers at Allegheny Health Network Hospice for their compassionate care and support during her final days.

Brandy Lea Johnson will be deeply missed, but forever remembered for her unwavering love.
