Ann (Sinchak) Chupka

Ann (Sinchak) Chupka, 89, formerly of Ambridge, passed away October 8, 2022, in Venice, FL. Ann was born on September 4, 1933, in Ambridge. She was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Jakub) Sinchak. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip J. Chupka and three brothers, John, George and Michael Sinchak. Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Jim and Rose Chupka Cookman (Venice, FL), Karen Chupka (Arlington, VA), and one son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Janice McEver Chupka (Punta Gorda, FL), three grandchildren, Blake, Makayla and Jacob, (Punta Gorda, FL, a niece and nephews. Ann was a former member of Good Samaritan Church, (formerly Divine Redeemer) and current member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Punta Gorda, FL. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 9 AM until time of prayers at 10:30 AM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Dr., Ambridge.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 AM in St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, Good Samaritan Church. Interment will follow in Good Samaritan Cemetery.
