Natalie F. Bionda, 86, of Harmony Twp., died Thursday, November 21, 2019. She was born July 1, 1933 in Ambridge, to the late John and Helen (Stanuch) Lugowski. She was in retail sales for many years for the former Kaufmanns department store, downtown Pittsburgh. She enjoyed volunteering at the Villa St. Joseph, Baden, crocheting and cooking. Natalie was a member of Good Samaritan Parish, Ambridge. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, John Bionda, a son, Richard Bionda, brother, Richard Lugowski, and a sister, Patricia Lugowski. She is survived by her daughter, Karen (John) Ryan of Sarasota, FL, three sons, John "Jack" (Valeria) Bionda of Economy, Kevin Bionda and Shawna Zinner of Baden and Brian (Cheri) Bionda of New Sewickley Twp., two grandaughters, Dr. Heather Ryan and Warren Kral of Charlotte, NC, Brittany Bionda, New Sewickley Twp., two grandsons, Kevin Bionda of Baden and Brandon Bionda of Crafton, a brother, Anthony (Margaret) Lugowski of Ambridge and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Dr., Ambridge where prayers will be offered Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Good Samaritan Catholic Church. The Christian Mothers Ladies Guild will pray the Rosary Monday at 3 PM in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Sylvania Hills Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Sisters of St. Joseph, Development Office, Baden, Pa. 15005.
