Julia A. Potts

Julia A. Potts, 61, of Ambridge, died Monday, January 13, 2020 in UPMC Presbyterian. She was born April 3, 1958 in Sewickley, to Edward Hedzik of Economy and the late Eloise McDaniels Hedzik. Julia was a 1976 graduate of Ambridge High School and was a dry cleaner and presser for Miller's Cleaners, Aliquippa.  She is survived in addition to her father by two daughters, Cherie Dreyer of Ambridge and Trisha Potts and her fiance Nick Sittig of Center Twp., grandchildren, Lacey and Annabelle Sittig, Brianne and Adam Dreyer and Noah Clendenen, two brothers, Joe (Debbie ) Hedzik and Steve (Cara) Hedzik, all of Economy, aunts and uncles, Carol and Dan Mannion of Conway, Rick and Karen McDaniels of Coraopolis, and Olga McDaniels of Vanport. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday from 3 PM until time of celebration of life at 7 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Dr. Ambridge. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Rd. Aliquippa, Pa. 15001.
