James I. Barnes III, 71, of Ambridge, died Friday, July 5, 2019. He was born December 24, 1947 in Sewickley, to the late James I. Jr. and Edna (Lautenslager) Barnes. Surviving are two sons, James I. (Brenda) Barnes IV of Uniontown, Joe (Stephanie) Barnes of Irwin, daughter, Lori Medina of Hampton, four grandchildren, Brianna, Abby, Emily, and Jeffrey, two brothers, David "Bucky" (Linda) Barnes of Arizona, Max (Cheryl) Barnes of Virginia, nieces, Debbie and Jennifer and a nephew, Charles. There was no public visitation. A Celebration of Life for Jim will take place on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 4-6 PM at the Leetsdale VFW, 515 Beaver Street, Leetsdale, Pa. 15056.
