Ermenegildo Oscar D'Angelo, age 84, of Harmony Township passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018 in Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 23, 1934 in Roccacasale, Italy to the late Francesco D'Angelo, Angelina Lucci Villella, and stepson of the late Phillip Villella. He worked 18 years for the former Jones and Laughlin Steel Corporation had was a home remodeling contractor for 55 years. He was a member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church where he served as an usher. Oscar enjoyed bowling, hunting, playing poker with his friends and if it was broke or in need of repair, everyone would call, "Mr. Fix It". Preceding him in death in addition to parents was a brother, Richard D'Angelo. Surviving are his loving wife of 62 years, Anna Spagnolo D'Angelo, daughters, Angie (Don) Sineway of Ambridge and Fran (Todd) Hurta of Deland, FL., grandchildren, Alyssa, Joseph, and Krista Sineway, and Nico, Brianna, and Mia Hurta, 2 brothers, Frank and Phillip Villella, Jr., and a brother in law Florindo Spagnolo of Ambridge
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the John Syka Funeral Home, 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge where prayers will be offered Thursday at 9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Good Samaritan Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.
