Don A. Henry, 63, of Economy, died peacefully on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in Heritage Valley Health System, Sewickley.
He was born July 16, 1954, in Beaver Falls, Pa., to the late Henry and Lorraine Emery Henry. Don was a member of Good Samaritan Catholic Church, Ambridge and was employed as a furnace operator for Hussey (Libertas) Copper. He served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was a sister-in-law, Pamela Bevilacqua.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia Bevilacqua Henry of Economy, a son, Christopher (Karen) Henry of Oshkosh, WI., grand daughter, Elizabeth Henry, sister, Lorraine (Steve) Sullivan of New Galilee, two brothers, John (Claire) Henry and Randy Henry, both of Fayetteville, NC, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patsy and Mary Bevilacqua of Harmony Twp., brother-in-law, Fernando Bevilacqua of Harmony Twp., nieces and nephews, Jodie Frederick, Anthony Bevilacqua, Marina Bevilacqua, Anna Olivera and , Melissa Fielder.
Friends will be received Saturday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. and Sunday from 1-5 P.M. in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, where prayers will be offered Monday at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M.in Good Samaritan Catholic Church. Interment with full military honors provided by the Beaver County Special Unit will follow at 11:45 A.M. in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery.
