Deborah Wright Spokart, 60, of Raccoon Twp., died Sunday, May 13, 2018 in Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
She was born January 2, 1958, in Rochester, Pa., to the late Leonard and Nellie Homick Wright. She was a case manager for Cigna Health Insurance with 30 years of service. Deborah was a graduate of Center High School
and enjoyed crafting and attending concerts. She was a member of Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, Ambridge.
Surviving are her husband, James A. (Drew) Spokart, Jr. three sisters, Marlene (Robin) Brunton of Independence Twp., Sandy Wright of Annandale, VA, Lori Wright of Center Twp., a brother, Nick (Pauline) Wright of Baden, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Joyce Sochor of Center Twp., sister-in-law, Deborah Spokart of Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was a brother-in-law, Pete Barness.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6 until time of Parastas services at 7:30 P.M. in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Translation of the body will follow at 8:00 P.M. to Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, 210 Maplewood Ave. Ambridge, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 10:00 A.M. by her pastor, The Very Rev. William J. Evansky. Interment will follow in St. Elijah Serbian Orthodox Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of Good Samaritan Hospice for the loving and compassionate care given to Deborah during her final days.
