Cathy Peck-Hayes

Cathy Peck-Hayes, 59, of Raccoon Twp., died Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in UPMC Shadyside.
She  was born December 6, 1958, in Sewickley, Pa.,  to the late William  and Zita Nickerson Zakovich
She was registered nurse with twenty years service at Kindred Hospital. Preceding  her in death in addition to her parents were  her brother, William Zakovich, Jr.
Surviving are her husband Thom Hayes, a son,  Greg Peck and Beverly Hunger of Baldwin, daughter, Cindy Bloom of Imperial, stepdaughter, Brittany Brutz, granddaughter, Mila Fattore,  step grandchildren, Austin Jones, Cameron Luketic and Gionna Hanley, and a  brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Kiley Zakovich of Rochester
Friends will be received at the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, PA,on  Sunday: from 1-5 P.M. where a blessing service will be held on Monday at 10:00 A.M. with The Very Rev. William J. Evansky officiating.
Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.
