Brian David Barto, 56, of South Beaver Twp., died unexpectedly on Monday, August 20, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born January 8, 1962, in Rochester, Pa., to the late Melvin and Lena Cetto Barto. Brian was a 1979 graduate of Ambridge High School. He was employed as a machinist for Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco, Ambridge. Brian was a member of the Ambridge District Sportsman Association. He was an avid hunter and biker by heart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis and Boyd Barto; father-in-law, Bob Foringer and great-nephew, Aaron Powell. Surviving are his wife, Jeanine Foringer Barto; two daughters, Keirsten Barto and her fiancé, Sam Arthur, Freedom; Madisen Weaver of Freedom; seven grandchildren, Eli and Bentley Barto, Ceilena, Brycen, and Briyar Arthur, Pierce and Brelynn Kirkland; a brother, Paul Malinchak, New Sewickley Twp.; mother-in-law, C. Jane Foringer, Conway; sister-in-law, Kath Foringer; brother-in-law, Mark Foringer, both of Conway; special nieces, Bridget (Barto) and Mike Powell, Lowndesville, S.C.; Holly Barto, Economy; Rebecca Barto, Freedom; April Foringer, Emily (Adam) Morgan, all of Conway; special nephews, Kenny (Lori) Barto, Rochester; Jeff (Charlotte) Barto, Renfrew, Pa.; Vance (Erika) Barto, Philadelphia, John and Patrick Barto, Freedom; Mike (Sarah) Wagner; numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, and many, many friends. Friends will be received Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the JOHN SYKA FUNERAL HOME INC., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Zions First Lutheran Church, corner of Park Rd and Eighth Street, directly across the street from the funeral home. Everyone is asked to meet at the church and to park in the funeral home parking lot. Pastor Bill Blume of Faith to Faith Ministries, Rochester, will officiate. Interment will be private. A memorial party for Brian will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Brian's home.
