Arthur C. Holman

Arthur C. Holman, 83, a resident of Kane Community Living Center, Ross Township, formerly of Ambridge, died Thursday, April 25, 2019.  He was born June 17, 1935, in Sewickley, to the late Charles and Ruth Watenpool Holman. He was a self employed tow truck driver and grass cutter. Preceding  him in death in addition to his parents were his  wife, Louise Bregan Holman, and grandaughter, Natalie Wain.  Surviving are three stepchildren, Charles (Vickie) Martin, Jr. of Ross Twp., Sharon (Robert) Erdlen of Bell Acres, Marlene (Leonard) Gaza of Hopewell Twp., two grandchildren  Robert (Jennifer) Erdlen, Jr. of Harmony Twp.and Casey Riemer of Leetsdale, ten great grandchildren, great great grandaughter Camryn, brother, Jake Holman and Wendy Reda of Dayton, OH, sister, Marcella Tekstar of Glendale, AZ, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, Benny and George Frederick, and numerous other couisns and friends.  Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM.
