Ann J. Brackus

Ann J. Brackus, 69, of Sewickley, died on Monday, October 28, 2019 in Allegheny General Hospital. She was born July, 10, 1950 in Pittsburgh.  Ann formerly attended St. John's  Lutheran Church in Ambridge. She enjoyed shopping and gambling and valued her many friendships she made over the years. Ann was loved by many people.  She is survived by a cousin, Alice, (Don) Newman of Sylvan Lake, Michigan and their children, Nicholas and Richard Newman and other cousins, beloved friends, Shannon (Matthew) Bloomer of Aliquippa, Carole (Bill) Yuhasz of Aliquippa, and Linda Miller of Brighton Twp. She was preceded in death by her beloved four legged feline companion, Mokey. Friends will be received Thursday from 5 to 7 PM and Friday from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11 AM in the John Syka Funeral Home,  Inc.,  833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Private entombment will take place in Allegheny Cemetery Mausoleum,  Lawrenceville.
